Kamrul Hasan, General Manager
Kamrul is an experienced producer, coordinator and a supervisor. With him, Ddhoni-Chitra has evolved into a creative company with a friendly environment for producers and clients. He has initiated a number of interactive projects including feature-length dramas. He has worked with several renowned organizations, television channels and mainstream producers as production supervisor.

Mosharraf Khan Badol, Senior Program Producer
Badol is the creative producer of Ddhoni-Chitra Ltd. Over seven years, he has worked on projects such as Sisimpur, Basic Education for Hard to Reach School going Children (Unicef), Reaching out of School going Children (BCCP) and many others. He works extensively in media related work and is currently a member of the Directors Guild of Bangladesh. Badal is just as comfortable providing high-end designs in Photoshop and Illustrator as he is art directing. He also enjoys leading and mentoring teams of designers.

Nawme Kamrun Bidhu, Program Producer
Nawme Kamrun Bidhu is a writer and the Client Service Executive at Ddhoni-Chitra Ltd. She writes scripts for television drama, drama serials, teleplays and documentaries. Her clients include Unicef, English in Action, BCCP, Sisimpur, among others. Bidhu worked part time as a dance teacher in her university days and was involved in theatre as an editor, actor, writer and assistant director. She manages some of the public presence of Ddhoni-Chitra Ltd and enjoys seeing creative ideas develop into tangible products.

Technical Team

Ripon Nath, Chief Sound Engineer:
Ripon Nath is the audio engineer (also sound or recording engineer) of Ddhoni-Chitra Ltd. He has done sound design for over a thousand commercials and also some mainstream Bangladeshi films, recording, editing, manipulating, mixing or mastering in order to realize an artist's or record producer's creative vision. Often, he also assumes the role of producer, making artistic and technical decisions.

Tawhid Khan Biplob, Chief Editor:
Editing is not only assembling raw material into a finished product for broadcasting but also an art that can be used in diverse ways. Tawhid Khan Biplob is the chief video editor of Ddhoni-Chitra Ltd., with a keen and dynamic sense of editing. His talent lies in his ability to create sensitive and provocative montages, bring out the emotional truth in an actor's performance, guide the telling and pace of a story, emphasize on small detail and through these means, create a vital subconscious emotional connection to the viewer, among many other possibilities. Tawhid is also chief editor and director of Sisimpur, the Bangladeshi version of Sesame Street. He has also edited a number of films, dramas, and documentaries.
